SHIPPING
We know you can't wait for your new piece to arrive! Your order should be delivered within 1-3 business days, we ship with GLS, DAO, Bring and PostNord. International shipping should be delivered within 2-5 days but may vary.
BILLING
You will be billed for your order after the order ships from our warehouse.
WARRANTY
Polar Jewelry grants a two years warranty on our products, but differs between production errors, breaches and wear and tear. Our warranty will cover production errors such as surface discolouration or settings losing stones.
Breaches can be a necklace breaks or a closure breaks. If breaches are due to mistreatment of the goods - our warranty will not cover.
Wear and tear means that the product has been used over a long period of time and is therefore not covered by our warranty. Examples could be, but are not limited to, surface scratches, changes in the character of gold plating and surface wear.
Improper repair of Polar Jewelry performed by someone else than Polar Jewelry IVS will void any warranty.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are over 16 years of age or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. All goods are covered by the Danish Sale Of Goods, providing you with 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer, you may complain about deficiencies and defects that may arise within 24 months of purchase. If the deficiencies or defects are due to lack of maintenance, negligent use or normal wear and tear, your right to complain is discarded. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees in case of a complaint.TAX/VAT
Orders placed within the EU are included 25% Danish sales tax/VAT but has no customs fees. This is stated by the customs policies regarding sales within the EU. If an order is placed outside the EU, the customer shall not pay Danish sales tax/VAT but may have to pay additional duties and tax in the country of destination. The customer is responsible for any fees charged by customs. The carrier in your country of destination will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance.
