HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We know you can't wait for your new piece to arrive! Your order should be delivered within 1-3 business days, we ship with GLS, DAO, PostNord, and UPS. International shipping should be delivered by UPS within 2-5 days but may vary. 

Christmas order dates

Danmark & EU:
Shop no later than 20th December

Rest of the world:
Shop no later than 18th December

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Are you buying a gift? Write a note when you make your order and we will change the return period, to 14 days after the gift has been given

In the unfortunate event, that you are unhappy with your piece, we are more than happy to help. You may return your items in their original, unused conditions (including all original packaging) within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund.  We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please note, that we do not refund the shipping cost. Read more about returns here. 


CAN I TRY ON MY PIECE AND THEN RETURN/EXCHANGE IT?

You may try on your piece and in the unfortunate event, that you are unhappy with your piece you may return your items in their original, unused conditions (including all original packaging) within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All sizes and measurements are stated on the product page of the item.

To return or exchange your product, please follow the returnportal: Open Returnportal 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Always ship your returned good with a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We only offer the Returnportal from within Denmark.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?

Once we have received your returns, they will be processed within 10-14 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for the return credit to post to your account from the date your return is processed.


CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If you wish to exchange an item, please return your item within 14 days from the date of receipt. Read more about exchange of item here. To return or exchange your product, please follow the returnportal: Open Returnportal

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship worldwide! Please contact us at hello@polarjewelry.com if you have any questions or problems with shipping to your country.


HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SALES TAX?

If you are based outside EU you will pay local duties and tax.


CAN I CHANGE AN EXISTING ORDER?

We rely on a heavily automated process to provide you with the fastest service possible. Due to this automation, we are unable to make changes to an order after the order has been placed. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.


CAN I CANCEL AN EXISTING ORDER?

An order can be cancelled if it is in pending status. Orders that are Submitted, Submitted to Warehouse or Shipped cannot be cancelled. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you wish to cancel a Pending order, please email: hello@polarjewelry.com att.: Cancel order.


CAN I RE-ROUTE MY SHIPPED PACKAGE TO ANOTHER SHIPPING ADDRESS?

For security purposes, we are unable to redirect a shipped package to a secondary shipping address. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. If our shipper is unable to deliver the package to the address that you provided, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.


WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM?

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please e-mail us at hello@polarjewelry.com and we will sort this out promptly. 


WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Polar Jewelry accepts, Visa, MasterCard, MobilePay, American Express (AMEX), and PayPal. We do not accept cash, checks or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.).


WHEN WILL I BE BILLED FOR MY ORDER?

You will be billed for your order after the order ships from our warehouse.


CAN I ORDER BY PHONE, EMAIL OR FAX?
