HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We know you can't wait for your new piece to arrive! Your order should be delivered within 1-2 business days, we ship with GLS, DAO, PostNord, and UPS. International shipping should be delivered with UPS within 2-5 days but may vary.  

Christmas order dates

Danmark & EU:
Shop no later than 20th December

Rest of the world:
Shop no later than 18th December

If you are based outside EU you will pay local duties and tax.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Are you buying a gift? Write a note when you make your order and we will change the return period, to 14 days after the gift has been given

In the unfortunate event, that you are unhappy with your piece, we are more than happy to help. You may return your items in their original, unused conditions (including all original packaging) within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

For all items, you wish to return or exchange, please enclose a copy of the invoice.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note, that we do not refund the shipping cost.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after date of receipt.


SHIPPING

To return or exchange your product, please follow the returnportal: Open Returnportal 
 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Always ship your returned good with a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We only offer the Returnportal from within Denmark.

CAN I TRY ON MY PIECE AND THEN RETURN/EXCHANGE IT?

You may try on your piece and in the unfortunate event, that you are unhappy with your piece you may return your items in their original, unused conditions (including all original packaging) within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All sizes and measurements are stated on the product page of the item.


ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Gift cards. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Gift cards expires after 3 years. 


EXCHANGES

Celebrating the holidays, we have extended returns & exchanges until 11th of January 2021. We are happy to exchange your items. If you need to exchange an item please fill in the form below and send us an email at hello@polarjewelry.com within 14 days of receipt. We only offer the Returnportal from within Denmark. Open Returnportal

REFUNDS

Once we have received your returns, they will be processed within 10-14 business days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@polarjewelry.com.


SALE ITEM

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Polar Jewelry reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
