Warranty



Polar Jewelry grants a two years warranty on our products, but differs between production errors, breaches and wear and tear. Our warranty will cover production errors such as surface discolouration or settings losing stones.

Breaches can be a necklace breaks or a closure breaks. If breaches are due to mistreatment of the goods - our warranty will not cover.

Wear and tear means that the product has been used over a long period of time and is therefore not covered by our warranty. Examples could be, but are not limited to, surface scratches, changes in the character of gold plating and surface wear.

Improper repair of Polar Jewelry performed by someone else than Polar Jewelry IVS will void any warranty.


CLAIMS

If you have a claim regarding your items, please email us at hello@polarjewelry.com - include your invoice and describe your claim as thoroughly as possible. As well as sending us your items. Please include your invoice with your items. Create a label using our returnportal: Open Returnportal 

Are you based outside of Denmark, please ship your items to the following address, including our contact information.

Once we have received your items, they will be processed within 10-14 business days. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim. If you are approved, we will repair your item within 30 days - time may vary.
