Your order should be delivered within 1-3 business days, we ship with GLS, DAO, Bring and PostNord. International shipping should be delivered within 2-5 days but may vary.

Polar Jewelry is a Copenhagen based brand and all charges will be in DKK. Our currency converter will display the price in your currency until you checkout. Please be assured the pricing is the same, it is only now displayed in DKK.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
In the unfortunate event, that you are unhappy with your piece, we are more than happy to help. You may return your items in their original, unused conditions (including all original packaging) within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

CAN I CHANGE AN EXISTING ORDER?
We rely on a heavily automated process to provide you with the fastest service possible. Due to this automation, we are unable to make changes to an order after the order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
CAN I CANCEL AN EXISTING ORDER?
An order can be cancelled if it is in pending status. Orders that are Submitted, Submitted to Warehouse or Shipped cannot be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you wish to cancel a Pending order, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org att.: Cancel order.
CAN I RE-ROUTE MY SHIPPED PACKAGE TO ANOTHER SHIPPING ADDRESS?
For security purposes, we are unable to redirect a shipped package to a secondary shipping address. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If our shipper is unable to deliver the package to the address that you provided, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Polar Jewelry accepts, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, ApplePay, and PayPal. We do not accept cash, checks or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.).
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED FOR MY ORDER?
You will be billed for your order after the order ships from our warehouse.
ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Gift cards. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Gift cards expire after 3 years.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Polar Jewelry reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
